Monthly special

Each month we create a new small menu for our guests. The idea is to pick out a specific vegetable, fruit or recipe that is highly common and popular for its season. We love to cook with regional food and prepare it freshly in our kitchen. Due to the food variety, we try to satisfy different tastes.

For example, in April and May we offer regional asparagus and cook the original “Leipziger Allerlei” which is most-liked by locals. During summertime we prepare dishes with chanterelles or berries. Our winter special mostly combines goose or duck breast with red cabbage and dumplings.
